Happy You're
Here!

Hello! Welcome to my food fight!

I'm Debbie Lynn and I'm so happy you're here!

As a wife, mother and grandmother, my family means everything to me. I cherish the moments we spend together.

After decades of fighting with food, I have finally won my battles!  Since then, I've fallen in love with food again!  I'm a "real food" enthusiast and advocate.  You can find me in my kitchen, sharing meals with family and friends or indulging in the cuisine of other countries while on my travels.

MY FOOD FIGHT STORY

I have fought with food most of my life.  My battles have been diet obsession, negative body image, constant sugar cravings and daily digestive discomfort.  During the worst of my Food Fight battles, I read every diet book and article I could find.  I tried all the tricks, did what the celebrities did, sought medical help and then ...  nothing. No relief. No results. Just guilt and feeling like a failure. I almost gave up.

Instead, I went on a quest of research, training, trial and error.  What I discovered changed my attitude, calmed my cravings, regulated my body weight and settled my digestive discomfort. I felt normal and healthy for the first time in years.  The positive changes I experienced, continue to this day.

What was the "magic solution" I found?  There wasn't one.  The real solution for me was a multi-faceted approach using the elements of Awareness, Beliefs, Habits and Biology. This process wasn't a quick fix.  My results were not instant or dramatic.  Better than that, they were deep, real and long-lasting.

People noticed the positive changes and asked questions. I began sharing my experiences and providing coaching in an informal way. People listened. The feedback was encouraging. It proved my solutions could work for others. Using the elements of Awareness, Beliefs, Habits and Biology, I turned my raw experience into the Food Fight program. Now, I am ready to help you!
