The Food Fight
  EIGHT WEEK GROUP PROGRAM

The Food Fight program reflects the guiding principles of Awareness, Beliefs, Habits and Biology. As each group has it's own pace and needs, the program topics will be tailored specifically to the needs of each group. Topics may include; The Power Of Language and Metaphor, Emotional Eating and Cravings, Sugar/Salt/ Digestion, Hunger Hormones, Habits and Models for Change, and Mind Body Connection. The Food Fight program is interactive and includes weekly “homework” that is meant to use the tools and build the skills taught in the program. NOTE: Although Debbie Lynn has extensive training in hypnosis (see About Debbie Lynn) it is not a specific part of Food Fight coaching.
